Planet Perihelion Advance
The General Theory of Relativity yields an equation that explains the Mercury perihelion advance. It is also well known that this equation cannot explain either the Venus, Earth and Mars perihelion advance. Autodynamics yields the same equation and of course, has the same limitation.
Autodynamics’ conception of mass decay and energy absorption drove its author to develop a new theory of gravitation based on an elemental quantum of energy. This elemental quantum of energy is absorbed by matter creating a mechanism by which matter is in a perpetual evolution: energy absorption as an elemental graviton and decaying mass as energy.
Calculating the increasing Solar mass using the Mercury perihelion advance for one century, it is possible to calculate the Venus, Earth, and March perihelion advance using Autodynamics. The values are:
- Mercury = 43″ a century
- Venus = 16.8″ a century
- Earth = 10.42″ a century
- Mars = 5.5″ a century
The Autodynamic values are more or less coincident with the Hall’s empirical theory and the experimental expected values.
The perihelion of all planets is proportional to the Solar mass divided by the planet orbital radius power 3 and taking the square root.
